1.What is Allpurposa storage rack made of?

The frame of each Allpurposa storage rack is made of 23 gauge steel, and the shelves are made of MDF. MDF (medium-density fibreboard) is a type of human engineered wood. It is generally denser than plywood and is made up of separated fibres. It is also considered stronger and much denser than particle board.

2. Where is Allpurposa storage rack made?

It is manufactured in China.

3. What are the dimensions of Allpurposa storage rack?

Each rack is 72in (180cm) high, 36in (90cm) wide and 18in (45cm) deep.

4. Does Allpurposa storage rack come in any other size?

5. How much weight can Allpurposa storage rack take?

Each Allpurposa storage rack can take up to 1930lb (875kg) of Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL). Each shelf can take up to 385lb (175kg) of UDL. We recommend that you always store heavier items at the bottom shelves and lighter items at the top shelves of the storage rack. For your safety and the people using the storage rack, we also recommend that once the storage rack is assembled and ready to be used, it is anchored to a wall with the appropriate for the wall material anchors.

6. Are the shelves of Allpurposa storage rack height adjustable?

Yes, they are. Each storage rack comes with five shelves that can be placed at different heights so you can fit items of varied sizes on the storage rack.

8. What tools do I need to assemble Allpurposa storage rack?

Allpurposa storage rack is entirely boltless and with an easy to put together slotted design. You only need a rubber head mallet and that's it!

9. How big is the box of Allpurposa storage rack?

The box is 36in (90cm) long, 18in (45cm) wide and 2in (5cm) tall. Each box weighs 35lb (16kg).

10. Does Allpurposa storage rack have warranty?

Each rack comes with one year limited warranty. Allpurposa storage rack also has a TUV SUDD certificate for quality.

11. What is a TUV SUD certificate?

TÜV Rheinland AG is a globally active independent test service provider headquartered in Cologne, Germany. It operates as a technical testing organization for safety, efficiency and quality. Once the company tests a product for quality and said product meets their extensive criteria, the TUV SUD certificate is issued and used to instil confidence in end consumers about the product's safety, quality and sustainability attributes.

12. Is delivery free?

Delivery is a paid service available for the whole of Canada. Free local pickup is also available.

13. Once I purchase an item, can I return it?

14. Do you pay for the shipping of returned items?

No, we do not. The cost of shipping of returned items is covered by the buyer.
